At Vaastu By Chaaru, we are committed to providing high-quality consultations and courses.
  • Fees paid for consultations, courses and other services are generally non-refundable.
  • If a consultation is cancelled or rescheduled by Vaastu By Chaaru, you will be offered an
    alternative appointment or a full refund, where applicable.
  • Requests to reschedule a consultation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled
    appointment.
  • Refunds, if approved under exceptional circumstances, will be processed through the original
    payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
  • Digital products, downloadable resources and completed consultation services are not eligible
    for refunds.
